Here at SnookerZone, I cook food and share recipes as do most home cooks and cooks around the globe, from basic ingredients that are budget-friendly, and are nutritionally designed to be good for you.
Snooker is a mentally challenging experience game and it is important that as much as possible you’re fueled up with the right kind of ingredients. Of course, it’s not always possible to be completely free from processed foods etc, but the more fresh produce you can get your hands on to cook, the better!
Here’s a video I have found which asks these four vital questions. I decided to answer some of these myself…
1. Should we count calories? Personally, I don’t count calories. I eat three meals a day. You can see some of the recipes on this website. Simple, tasty meals, that pack a punch of flavour and are designed to illustrate that you can eat on a reasonable budget. That’s why it’s called WOK UNDERDOG RECIPES AND FINAL FRAME FLAVOURS – Food with a twist on the theme of snooker.
I have always been passionate about food and the fusion of creating the WOK UNDERDOG AND FINAL FRAME FLAVOURS brands have successfully proved that you can create tasty simple dishes on a budget that are designed to be healthy and nutritious.
2. Does sugar make us fat? It depends on your type of body weight and metabolism. Sugar is not easy to escape on. Some meals need sugar in them for flavour. Pork Adobo for example has sugar in it – as do a lot of particular other recipes from around the globe…
3. Fitness or nutrition for weight loss? BOTH. But I personally don’t get fixated on it – if I am hungry at one time, I simply make myself a smoothie or eat a banana. In between three solid meals a day.
4. Should we be drinking meal replacement shakes? As per 3) I enjoy making smoothies.
Here’s the detailed responses in the video below…
