
There are two shots on here. One on the black, and one on the blue. This guy played the black to come down for a red. He eventually ended being too straight on the next black way down and missed.
In my view, the first shot on the colour, should have been the blue. He would have been on the red near the middle and then he could have played for another blue, and been better on the three reds near the pink.
He would have more than likely scored at least more than 30 on that visit. As it happens, he only scored 16 points, and ended up too straight on the black, which meant he didn’t have another shot.
In some respects, it shows you the first shot you pick in a break is all important in some scenarios like this.
