In this video, the guy breaks off and does a good break off and puts the white ball spot on sweet on the baulk cushion. A good shot. You would expect him to get a chance on the next shot after his opponent could let him in.
What happens? The opponent pots a good long ball and gets in himself.
That means you didn’t play a bad shot, your opponent just countered with another good one.
That’s how sport goes…It’s not always mistakes – it’s just how your opponent is playing on the day. You may well play the right shots and the opponent also plays the right shots.
