🔥 Spicy Firecracker Beef Casserole Stir-Fry in 30 mins (includes Prepping) Serve with Garlic Naan Bread…
There’s moments in a frame of snooker where you think you’re out of the frame, and then, woosh…Something happens that ends up with you back well in the frame with the possibility of getting the result.

This dish is similar.
You think there’s no more slants on a BEEF STIR-FRY. Well, this version is not to be underestimated with flavour and depth, and gravy…
A bold, warming fusion dish with serious kick and the kind of dish that keeps you in the frame till the end..To be honest, you can have this anytime of the year – but perfect for those cold nights before the match or the session.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 2–3 beef burgers (diced into chunks)
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
Vegetables:
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 spring onions (chopped)
- 1–2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 1–2 green chillies (diced)
Sauce:
- 3–4 tbsp Wagamama Firecracker sauce (or similar spicy sauce)
Method
- Marinate the beef
Dice the burgers and mix with steak seasoning, oyster sauce, and vinegar.
Leave to marinate for a few hours to deepen the flavour. - Cook the beef
Heat oil in your wok over high heat.
Add the beef and cook until browned and sealed.
Remove and let it rest. - Cook the vegetables
In the same wok, add the onions, peppers, chillies, tomatoes, and spring onions.
Stir-fry until softened but still lively. - Add the heat
Pour in the firecracker sauce and let it coat the vegetables. - Bring it all together
Return the beef to the wok.
Stir everything through and let it stew gently for a couple of minutes—this is where it transforms into that casserole-style richness. - Serve hot
Best enjoyed immediately while the sauce is thick and punchy.
🎯 Final Frame Tip
Letting the beef rest before bringing it back in keeps it tender—and gives the whole dish that layered flavour.
Sometimes the best results come when you don’t rush the finish.
🔥 SnookerZone Note
This one’s got a bit of everything—heat, depth, and a touch of unpredictability.
