New Snooker Club in Manchester has Rasson Tables…

A NEW SNOOKER CLUB in Manchester that has only been open for 2/3 weeks, boasts two Rasson tables and is expected to draw in the local crowds in the future while it grows.

Club 200 was opened a few weeks ago and Tzi Lai told SnookerZone’s Chris Gaynor that the club was focusing on the local area for tournaments before branching out on to other events in the WPBSA/EPSB.

There are also Chinese pool tables, but no Star tables.

The club intends to be a central entertainment hub with snooker, darts, pool and other functions outside of cue sports.

Lai said: “We have local area for now, as we have had soft opening.”

“We have had qualifier from WPBSA.”

Lai apologised for his English being not so good, and said his wife was much better at speaking English than him.

Members can play on the tables from £9/hour, he added.

Good luck to the new Club and Lai on the venture.
