New Feature for SnookerZone in 2023: Health and Fitness…

SOMETHING different on the site that we’ll be doing more of each week, is posting videos of useful health and fitness exercises that SnookerZone writer Chris Gaynor regularly does to aid with feeling better and fitter, both mentally and physically.

Aside from the obvious exercises of running and power-walking, there are a string of exercises you can do at home which don’t take up an enormous an amount of time, but if done consistently over time, will see improvements in your overall physique and well-being. Don’t underestimate them!

Although this is a snooker website, predominantly, last year since mid-May, SnookerZone writer Chris Gaynor has embarked on an intense health and fitness regime to help aid not only help lose weight and tone himself physically, but the overall improvement in physique has also aided his mental toughness, something which has been talked about on this website before.

This is a great and simple thing to do every morning, which he does for just up to five minutes in the morning.
