Excitement as The 900 Season 2 Returns…
Snooker’s fast and furious 900 returns for a second season and is set to be a cracker with more players and additions to what was a cracking season 1.
Based on the World Professional Snooker Shootout, the 900 stormed into a first season with a full field of talent last September and was televised on TV via SpotyTv.
Anyone who is anyone can enter the 900 as you compete in a one frame shootout scenario and from top to bottom players gain vital experience from the Snooker Legends event.
There was some dramatic finishes, some talented new stars that emerged from the shadows and the usual suspects of stars from past and present who dazzled the green baize with their mix of traditional and new style snooker.
A cash prize of £10,000 is up for grabs as entries from players will pour in to get a piece of the action.
Qualifiers have already begun with invites for the TV stages as the events begin in earnest ready for the fun and frolics of the TV section.
Among the stars is Seniors tour and London coach Gary Filtness, a staple and huge supporter of the Tour.
Filtness wrote on Facebook: “The one table set up in the middle of the club, will be a heart pounding bit of pressure,
Be there or be Square.”
SnookerZone will attempt to follow the action as far as possible but for now, those who enjoy fast and furious snooker look forward to what could be a more cracking second season in Reading.
Good luck to everyone who decides to enter the 900 this season.
